I have a registered supervisor who I see at least once a month. I also engage in group supervision monthly. I am committed to continued personal development.

My consulting rooms are in London W1 and SW1. I can see you in person for sessions or we can meet online. I work with clients worldwide, zoom is my chosen platform.

How it Works

Sibling abuse and domestic abuse is often minimised or misunderstood, leaving many people carrying shame, confusion, anxiety or unresolved trauma.

I recognise the profound impact that abusive family dynamics can have on identity, attachment, boundaries, and mental health.

I support survivors of domestic abuse, coercive control, emotional manipulation, gaslighting, patterns of fear and intimidation. I am committed to creating a safe space where clients can feel heard, respected and supported at their own pace.

My Training

I trained with Westminster Pastoral Foundation and Counselling Pastoral Trust. I hold an Advanced Diploma accredited by the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

I am an experienced public speaker available for private and corporate events. Please contact me for my availability.
